an exquisite Venue

Phoenicia United Methodist Church

We call 2019 our transition year and no transition is more dramatic than our change in concert venue. Our concerts this year will be held at the Phoenicia United Methodist Church at 29 Church Street, a beautiful room with superior sight lines.

A new stage for 2019

The Phoenicia United Methodist Church was founded in 1883. This exquisite building is graced with a high ceiling, good sound, beautiful dark wood arches, and glorious stained-glass windows. The “stage area” is raised for superior sight lines, and the comfortable pews seat 120. Bring your own cushion for deluxe accommodations!

We thank the Pastor and Trustees of the Phoenicia United Methodist Church for making this new era of Flying Cat Music possible. Built in 1883, and located at 29 Church Street in Phoenicia, it is a true gem of a space of which they are justifiably proud.
